Speculative application // Grok Bot
I want to help people learn what Grok Bot can do by showing them.
I build with new technology until it makes sense, then teach other people to use it. That took me from no-code education at Makerpad, to building Synthflow Academy, to Juno and the Institute for Zero-Human Companies.
Evidence, not adjectives
The same job, across four chapters
// 01 Synthflow AI
Built an academy for 10,000+ voice AI developers
Built Synthflow Academy from zero, designed the curriculum, scripted and filmed the lessons, and grew it to more than 10,000 developers.
[ OPEN_PROOF ] →// 02 Makerpad
Led no-code education
Helped a new group of builders understand that they could make software before they thought of themselves as developers.
[ OPEN_PROOF ] →// 03 Juno + IZHC
Learning agent operations by doing them
Building a persistent public agent and an institute that studies how agents can operate real ventures with human judgment at the edges.
[ OPEN_PROOF ] →// 04 Stack AI + Chatbase
Turned products into teachable workflows
Created tutorial films, integration walkthroughs, product updates, and documentation for teams building with AI agents.
[ OPEN_PROOF ] →Why Grok Bot
This is the future I have been working toward.
Grok Bot turns an agent into a durable teammate with a job, working context, tools, routines, and approval boundaries. That is close to the work behind Juno and the Institute: define clear ownership, give an agent real work, learn from the failures, and keep consequential decisions with people.
The product also creates an education problem I know well. People need to see a useful job completed from start to finish. They need examples that survive contact with their own tools. And the team needs someone who can turn those first attempts into tutorials, reusable patterns, and specific product feedback.
A useful first month
Start with the work
01
Do real jobs with Bot
Run repeatable work across sales, research, education, and operations. Keep a tight record of where Bot finishes the job and where the handoff breaks.
02
Ship a Grok Bot field manual
Turn the strongest jobs into short videos, written walkthroughs, reusable Bot briefs, and honest notes on permissions and approval boundaries.
03
Bring the field into product
Convert user questions and failed runs into reproducible feedback that product and engineering can act on quickly.
Independent proposal // Full curriculum
Grok Bot Academy: from first task to agent operator
Five learning levels, practical capstones, a community system, measures of real job completion, and a 90-day launch plan.

“I built Synthflow Academy from zero and grew it to more than 10,000 voice AI developers. I learned the product, designed the curriculum, scripted and filmed the lessons, and taught people to build AI phone agents without code. That work drew on the instinct I used leading education at Makerpad and now use building Juno and the Institute for Zero-Human Companies: take a capability, find the jobs that make it useful, and explain them clearly for someone else to act. I am proudest of making unfamiliar technology feel buildable, because that is how a product becomes part of everyday work.”
